dependant visa-payslips

Hi,For dependent visa is it mandatory to submit payslips?.I have payslips taken from online.The umbrella company generating payslips located very far and i cant get seal and signature on the payslips .

Accommodation for wife and baby can I book a hotel for a month and show that as a proof of stay?

please advise.thanks.
