Employee A: key details
Currently on a PSW Visa valid until 15 March 2012
Has Found a new employer
now looking for ways to avoid doing RLMT for new employer so she can gain points for psw to tier 2 conversion.
Must Apply on 5th March 2012 for tier 2 visa
Scenario AAA:
Employee A joins Company XYZ on 1st September 2011.
She gets her first payslip on 1st October 2011.
She keeps working for 6 months until 30th February and has accumulated 6 pay slips by the date of 2nd March.
Result:
She has undertaken 6 months of work, and accumulated 6 salary slips, to be eligible to get 30 points. SUCCESS!
Scenario BBB:
Employee B is exactly same as Employee A except for the fact she joined company XYZ on 15th September.
Result:
She has undertaken 5.5 months of work, but has accumulated 6 salary slips, to be eligible to get 30 points. Success or Failure?
Unknown Bit:
Am i right to assume that Employee B will also get the 30 points. Even though she has only worked for 5.5 months, in effect, but still in possession of 6 salary slips
