switching general student to a dependant of a tier4 student

Post by aleli mae » Wed Aug 24, 2011 8:25 am

hi. i just want to know if my husband can switch his visa to be my dependant since he was here in uk last 2009 as general student (not a tier 4) and will expire this september 2011. we got married here in uk last july 2011 and i also gave birth last july 2011. so, my point is, its too expensive for us if both are going to school and since i am a newly mother. could it be possible if he will not go home to apply as my dependant? because no one will look after with me and my baby since i am also attending to my school. thanks. i hope you can help me..

He can't switch in country. He needs to go home and apply from there.
