you can withdraw the money after the date of the application but if for any reason your application is rejected as invalid or refused, you would have to wait another 90 days for the funds to be in your account again before you could make another application.

If you must withdraw the money then perhaps wait for your biometric invitation letter as these are usually not sent out if the application is invalid, however note being invited to enrol biometrics is not an indication that the application will be successful.
