acknowledgment letter

guys,

applied tier 1 extension on 6th aug
i havent yet received the acknowldgement letter nor the biometric letter.

however my application is with ukba as money was debited on 8th.

i have also received the biometric email on 10th and have already taken the biometric.

kindly advise if they do not always send a acknowledgment letter/biometric letter by post? has anyone else not received it as well?
