URGENT HELP NEEDED..PLS HELP!!

Hi i am about to submit my tier 4 application tomorrow i.e 5/9/11.My course length is 3 years and i have paid my full fees for the first year and just owe my college fees for 2 years.
My question is that do i have to show the rest two years fees in my account or do i have to show just the maintenance fees for two months(i qualify for reduced maintenance level).
P.S First year fees is fully paid and shows on CAS.

AND how long visa will i get...would it by just for 1 year or 3 years as i have only paid first years fees??pls uregnt help needed as i am applying tomorrw...many thanks....
