Job continuity ILR 7 months

Hi,

I have to apply for ILR. I was in UK with out job for 7 months.
I finished one job, and next job started after 7 months.
I got HSMP approval letter before 7 nov 2006. And for the ILR requirements, I think, job continuity is required.

Can anybody advice, this would be a problem? Any information about maximum duration with out job in UK is given anywhere in guidelines?
How can I cover this duration. Pl. advice, otherwise, my application may get rejected.

Nothing in the guidelines speaks about job continuity as a criteria for a successful application. As long as you meet the necessary points to get the ILR i.e Earnings, Age and Qualifications and have no criminal convictions, you will qualify.

Just provide your P60 for the year and thats it. One under ILR(JR) policy can get ILR even working part time.
