Spousal Visa Requirements

I have a Tier One General Visa valid till 2012. Could someone please tell me what I'm supposed to show to bring my wife here? Both of us are of Indian Origin.

Could you also state the MINIMUM funds that has to be held and for how many month(s) ? Is there an English language exam as well ? (as I've seen conflicting information regarding that).
