need informtion about tier 4 extenstion

I am tier 4 student level5 Abe diploma. Came in UK Sep 2010 about 1 year ago now my visa is going to expire in jan 2012 i have passed only 2 exams out of 8 exams n my attendence is 83% my cas has expired in sep2011 n i have booked two exams in coming dec i wanna to make application in decemeber and want to change my sponsor my question is that can i change my sponsor n can i change my course on level5 n i m very doubtful about statement how much statement do i need <9 months or 2 months only>

Do you have an unconditional offer to study at a new institution yet and has that institution issued you a CAS?

Any new tier 4 sponsor would need to confirm that your new course represents academic progress. Unless you have an unconditonal offer from a tier 4 sponsor willing to issue you a CAS then you won't be able to make an application.

Unless you complete your current course you will have to show maintenance for each month of your new course up to a maximum of 9 months.

as i have already said it depends on whether a new tier 4 sponsor is willing to issue you a CAS and confirm that the new course represents academic progress if you are studying at the same level.

a new tier 4 sponsor is ready to issue me a cas but i m confused ukba give me a extension or not bcause i got failed in my previous course
