Yes. All sources of income must be verifiable and declared to HMRC.

I agree but will i be questioned like how i can work part time when i am fully employed with company A. Is it ok to have 2 parallel earnings? Because i need to pay tax for both these earnings.

It is your choice how many part-time jobs you can do - 1, 2, 5 ... 10!

It's fine to do that for an unlimited number of jobs. I imagine this is one of the contributory reasons to the closure of the Tier 1 category. You could be working as a mini-cab driver and window-cleaner (with all due respect to those activities) and so long as you garnered sufficient salary you get to settle in the UK. The scheme never did not follow through with the highly skilled aspect that was cited as the original intention for its creation.

The guidance is clear on what you need and it depends on whether the work is employment or self-employment. If it's employment it will be very similar to the evidence of your main job.
