Hi guys
I have got my visa on 12/06/2010 and i will be entering UK in December 2011 i.e. on 10/12/2011, after one and half year of getting my Visa. My visa will get expired on 12/06/2013, do i have a chance to extend my VISA for another 2 years?? Assume i have sufficient funds to support me n my dependent. Hope there should not be a problem. Please let me know if there is a clause, like i have to stay in UK for "X" number of days for extending a visa. I hope there isn't any clause like that.

No one can tell you what the rules may be in 2013! For current rules and policy, read the policy guidance.
