Naturalisation qualifying period -Married to British Citizen

Post by naz444 » Wed Oct 12, 2011 6:18 pm

Hello All,

I first came to UK on 5th March 2009 (Fiance Visa).
Based on the marriage FLR(M) was issued on 15th May 2009 for 2 years.
ILR was granted on 25th of April 2011.

When I am eligible to apply for British Citizenship?
Does my qualifying period of 3 years starts from 5th March 2009?

Please reply.
