Dependant visa

I just got my wife dependent visa stamped as a tier 1 dependant of Tier 1.

Can it effect her later on if she decide to travel in couple of months time?

She can travel any time during the validity of her visa.

Perhaps you want to explain why you think she will be restricted, then we can correctly advise you regarding the matter.

Generally, dependants (with valid dependant visas) can come and go as they like.
