help..got divorced. my visa expires in two month

help..got divorced. my visa expires in two month

can some one give me some ideals. i have stamp4 depending on my ex husband. but now i got divorced and my visa expires in two months. we got married almost for 8 years. and now i even can't apply for the stamp5. because i am only two months short from the 96month legal statement.
please some one give me some ideals... :cry:

Do you have stamp 4 or stamp 4EUFam?

in my green card it says stamp 4. i got my stamp because i have married to my ex-husband. my visa was depending on him.

Where did you marry? Were you living in Ireland the who time since you married?

i got married in Ireland. And i have been living in Ireland for 9years. But i have my Stamp4 for 8 years.

thanks any way. I have sent an application to the immigration division today for Permission to Renew Residency on an Independent Basis. Have to wait for their letter. Have no ideal if it's going to working out for me. fingers crossed.
