Document Return Envelope

Kindly reply for the following queries:

1. Do we need to send the following along with the HSMP application to the HSMP team:
a. Envelope for returning the documents
b. Our address printed on a white sheet. This can be used by the HSMP team to return the documents.

It is not necessary to sent self addressed envelop.
I have not send any envelop with my extension docs and recd. docs from HO in first class signed for post.
