Date of initial application

Post by marzooq » Sat Oct 29, 2011 12:17 pm

Hi

i've applied for my first application (fee paid online) few days before 19-JULY-2010 when the rules changed. my age at the date of the application was 29. I received my visa fter 19 JUL 2010 and my age at the start date of the visa was 30.

I have two questions:
1. what is the "date of your first successful Tier 1 application." ? is it the date I paid or it is the date my visa got stamped which is after 19-JUL and thereofre I need to collect 80 points and not 75?
2. "Enter your age at the date of your application for your first permission to stay as a Tier 1 (General) migrant" means the date of my application which was BEFORE 19-JUL and when I was 29 and not after 19-JUL when I was 30 ?

Thanks
See points for age - initial vs extension.
so this means if my birthday at 15-jul and I paid before 19-JUL then the date of my application is before 19JUL? and I will receive 20 ?

How can I proof my date of application?
