Hi guys,
Please i need urgent advice. I posted my tier 4 application but realised after i had posted that i had made a mistake while filling the security code number of my card. I immediately sent a letter the next day with another visa fee page details correcting the mistake.I received two letters confirming the receipt of my application and also the receipt of the letter i posted. However i just got a letter with all my documents saying my application is invalid because the bank rejected the payment. I dont know if am eligible to make a fresh application.

Just re-send it with the correct payment details.

Do it before your current visa expiry date.

If it is expired already, you can make new application but technically you are an overstayer now and if they refused your application with any reason, you will not be eligible in-country appeal.

So do extra care now and check your application and documents twice.
