what documents needed for Tier 1 extention

Hi

What documents are needed for Tier 1 extension to be sent to Home Office. I am employed by a company and also have a small company registered in my name which does some good business as well.

Can some one tell me what documents do I need to submit with HO in order to avoid questions and delay in getting visa.
