Settlement Visa ... Need advices

Post by samsamsam » Fri Nov 18, 2011 12:00 pm

Good morning,

Im on the way to make an application for a settlement visa, to live with my british wife in the UK.

I have all papers ready,
my english test IELTS is good (5 speaking, 5 listening)
We have prove of meet and contacts (tel, emails, mails, photos ...)

there is only one thing change:

I have the last 6 payslips and bank statement of my wife,
but,
3 days ago, she left her work

I think, I have to write on the form, that she is unemplyment ?
she do not want to claim benefits, and she start for looking for a new job

have I to wait till she find a new job, new payslips ?
or, can I make the application now, and be honest, and told them, that she just left her job, because she is looking for a new job ?
I give them, her CV, and emails confirmation for her sing up for some UK's job websites ?

what do you advice me, I wait or I do it ?

Wait. An application is unlikely to succeed if she's not able to show sufficient income to support you both financially.
