ILR - Absence for more than 180 days

Hello,
Need urgent help related to ILR application. I had around 249 days outside UK.
Out of these 249 days, 76 days was business trip, 69 days paid vacations, and remaining 104 days I was working from India (no salary in UK). However my family was in UK for 39 days rest 65 days they were with me in India (no rented house, no connection in Uk except Bank account) . Can you please suggest if I should apply for ILR, also what all should I prepare? Thanks.
