Help: Mother's application for British citizenship

Following my dad's death I got my mum back with me from India as my dependant about 21 months back. She is currently with me on a permanent settlement visa from Feb 2010. When can I apply for her British citizenship please. I am a British Pasport holder.
I will be very grateful for some helpful and useful advice please.
