Changed surname for my wife on bills not on passport

Changed surname for my wife on bills not on passport

Hello Experts
I have a very urgent query. I am sure few experts can answer this question to me.

i have changed my wife surname on all utility bills , but i didnot change that on her passport (on her passport she still got her dad's name)

Is it a problem, if we apply for a dependent visa extension and apply for my-in laws visitor visa?

I would be grateful,if someone answer my query.
