Advice regarding dependant visa of tier one general

HI Team,

I am on PSW visa and my husband has Tier one general visa. we got married in January 2011 in Inida and we came back together but on separate visa. now we are planing to apply dependent visa I have changed my Passport ( husband name on it).

I am confused about subsisting relationship document do we need to provide this?...... if yes.... what doc we need to provide this as we are living together in uk.

i am providing these doc..
Main applicant
cover letter
passport main page copy
passport visa copy
Bank statement 3 months having more then 3000 pound all the time

dependent applicant
cover letter
passport old and new
marriage certificate
wedding pics and some pics from uk
master degree from uk
marriage invitation card

subsisting relationship
council registration letter on same address (need to submit or not?)

OR

Do i submit only mandatory documents as fallows:

*Marriage Certificate
*Copy of Tier 1 visa
*Original bank statements ( have maintained required balance for 3 months)
*Dependent's passport

kindly advice me because i did not find any advice on this forum if some one have lived in uk for 2 years but on different visa and now i want to apply for dependent visa but bit confused what doc i need to submit

I hope you are aware that you cannot apply from within the UK. If not, see switching.

thanks for quick reply ..yes i am aware of it i cant apply from uk but can u plz advice me on subsisting relationship what doc i need to submit or mandatory doc are enough to submit.
i am confused about this
any suggestion and thought would be helpful...
