ILR Eligibility-Dependent with 66 Days gap in 2yrs

Hi,

Need humble advse of experts.

Spouse Dependent Visa: ILR Eligibility with 66 Days gap in 2 Years.

Nationalilty: Indian
Married to : British
Visa Applied in: India
Visa Type Issue: Spouse Dependent Visa
Visa Validity: May 09 to sep 11
Delayed arrival to uk: 1 years apprx (Due to my studies in india)

Arried UK: June 10
Visted India Back: in Dec -for 36Days (Was pregnant and wanted to visit parents)

As i delayed my arrival and didnt complete my 2 years from point of entry i was not

eligible for ILR and been advised by Homeoffice to apply extension using FLR(M)

Applied and Got Extension visa: Sep11 - Nov13 (2 years apprx).

Planning to visit India again this Dec for 30 days( As my parents want to see the

baby,and werent here for delivery).

From point of Entry to uk (May10) i complete my 2 years in uk in May12.
Would be away from uk during the 2 year period: 36 + 30 = 66days

Questions:

1.When would i be eligible to apply ILR: would it be in May12?
2.Will my 66days gap would effect my ILR application.?
3.Do i need to cover the 66days stay in the uk and then apply for ILR?
4.Is it advisable to cut short my planned holiday due to ineligibity if i go?(which i

dont want to)

Please kindly kindly advise.

Always with my husband even during travel to india and in uk.

Many thanks moderator for your prompt reply. You have made me happy with your replies. However i am placing the answers against my question just in case.

You have kindly said my additional stay of 30 days, taking my total days of Gap to 66 days wont affect my dependent ILR application.

Additional Question:

1.Wondering if i can visit india for a bit longer i.e. 50days in a stretch during my now, planned second visit, taking the total absence days to : 36+ 50 = 86 days in past 2years.

2. How many days of absence gap is permitted for my ILR at the point of application ie. May2012 (as i want to avoid the winter period in the uk for my baby as he has got cold at this time of the month, not sure how the baby would coupe, during the worst weather this is going to hit as per the experts say).



My Husband and 8 month old son - British
