ILR Visa

Hi All,

Could please any one tell me whether the ILR visa will be issued as a card or a stamp on the passport.

As I am going to apply mid of this month Dec/2011 for IRL based on marriage. I planed to go abroad for xmass holiday as I booked my flight 6 days after my ILR appointment.

Please any advice...that would be much appreciated.

ILR is issues as a stamp on your passport. If it is a straight forward case, and you are doing a personal appointment, you'll get it stamped on the same day.
