past earnings ->12 months period

Hi ,

My summary:

1. I have worked in INDIA for around 5 years 1 August 2000 to 01-July-2005.
vacation for a week (1july 2005 to 9 july 2005) and

2. Job contract for 11 Months from 9 -july 2005 to 8 june 2006 in Switzerland.

3.One month Employment contract break from 9-june 2006 to 7 july 2006.

4. New 6 Months contract from 8-july 2006 to 7-jan-2007.

5. I will produce one month pay slips and bank statement for June 2005(worked in India)

6. I will produce 11 months (9 -july 2005 to 8 june 2006) payslips and bank statements for working in switzerland.

hsmp caseworker guidance says: The 12 months period is prior to the date of application recieved by WP.

Although though I apply now july end/aug start, I want them to access past earning from 9-july 2005 to 8 june as from 8th june I was not working for a month.

Questions:
1. Do I get Pro-Rata calculation for 11 months (9 -july 2005 to 8 june 2006)?
