Hi,
My wifes visa got rejected recently. However, there is a IAFT-2 form enclosed. The reason given is as below:
"You state that you have lost your original marriage certificate and have applied for a copy of marriage certificate from the marriage registerar. I note that you have submitted only photocopies of the marrige certificate and have not submitted any original copy of your replacement certificate. I note that you have not submitted any wedding photographs or evidance of living together before your spouse went to UK which could show a subsisting relationship as required by the rules."
I note that on the IAFT-2 guidelines document, it is mentioned that NO ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS should be submitted.
I have all my marriage and post marriage photographs, my marriage invitation card etc in digital form here.
Can you please guide me how to go about the appeal and what evidance documents I can submit and would it be enough if I submit printouts?
