When are Tier 4 applicants from India interviewed?

I have an offer from a university in the UK for Oct 2012. I would like to know the circumstances under which Tier 4 applicants from India are interviewed.

1. Every case is different and if caseworker suspects that any fake or forged documents are used or they just want to interview the applicant.
2. There might be a reason or there might not be a reason for the interview.
3. U can not be certain that if u will be called for an interview or not.
