ICT to Tier 1 depedant visa in UK in special case pregnant

Hi,

I am in Tier 1 general and my wife is in Intra company transfer visa expiring July 2012. She is now 3 months pregnant and we are planning to apply for her visa on June(she will be 7+ months pregnant).

Can we apply for Tier 1 dependant without travelling to India stating pregnancy reasons as special case (as Stupid wont allow pregnant pasengers more than 7 months). We can produce letter from airline.

If Yes, should be need to apply in FLR category instead of Tier 1 general depedendant.

Please advice.
