1. Evidence of Stay
a. Copy of Passport page.
b. Copy of Tier 1 (General) Visa page.
c. Copy of First Entry to UK page.
2. Evidence of Income
a. Original 3 months’ salary slips.
b. Original 3 months’ Bank Statements showing net salary credited.
c. Orginal Tax Document (P60).
d. Letter of employment from employer
e. Copy of National Insurance Card.
3. Evidence of Address & Accommodation
a. Bank Statements.
b. Copy of UK Provisional Driving License.
c. Original Tenancy Agreement.
4. Evidence of Maintenance Fund
Bank statements of my husband from the UK Current bank account.
a. Bank Statements showing that minimum balance over a period is greater than £2200.00,
5. Dependant Documents
a. Original Passport.
b. Online Tier 1 (General) Partner application form.
6. Evidence of Marriage & Subsisting Relationship
a. Original Certificate of Marriage Registration.
b. Wedding card.
c. Engagement & Wedding Photographs.
d. Also attached are some randomly selected photographs of my husband and me on different occasions.
