Applying for dependent visa from India

This forum helped me a lot for my ILR application (WP + Tier1) and last month I have got my ILR. I have question about applying dependent visa for my wife from India. I am applying for her for the first time. Could anyone tell me the required form she needs to submit in India and the required documents we need to furnish along her application?

You will find the application form for 'Husband, wife or civil partner of a British citizen or settled person'

As far as I know - ILR = settled person
Feb 2012 - Spouse Visa - New Delhi
Mar 2012 - Documents collected - VISA Granted
March 2014 - ILR Granted
Apr 2015 - Applied for Naturalisation
Nov 2015 - Naturalised
