SAR waiting time exceeds 40 days

Hi

I send my SAR request on 23 November 2011 and recieved acknowledgement on 4 december 2011 with DPU number.

But until today my file is not arrived.
Please advise do Ukba include public holidays within 40 days or these 40 days are only include working days.

What should I do as I need to apply to ILR on 10 years ground already exceeds my 10 years.

Hi Zeeshop,

40 days excluding public holidays and weekend days. So give them a week or so. It took 43 working days to receive mine.
