Urgent advise needed to prevent overstay after Tier2 refusal

Hi guys


I have few doubts regarding my recent Tier 2 Refusal

1)If i don't wish to appeal , how many days do i have left to pack up and leave the country.i will have to make travel arrangements and prevent overstay

2) i think i need to contact them and notify my decision that i am not willing to appeal.Is that correct ?

3) can anyone send me the link to get all those procedures after refusal from the UKBA website as i couldn't find it.
