ilr visa for wife?

ilr visa for wife?

hi,

i recently obtained my ilr in jan 2012. (i was on hsmp + tier 1 not converred by JR)

my wife got her tier 1 dependant visa in Feb 2010 and came to the uk in Feb 2010. she was with me till july 2011. her visa runs oout in feb 2012. and then went back home for maternity. now we are blessed with a baby girl . Now how do i bring my wife and baby to the UK. do they need ILR dependant visa ? if so what are the dcouments needed and how much is the fee for it in India ? (since my wife stayed with me in the uk for about 16 months will this count towards her ILR or does the 2 years have to start once she is back in the UK on ILR dependant visa ? )

or is there a chance i can apply for ILR dependant now in India for her ?

any help please? what visa do i need to get them here ? is it ilr dependant visa or spouse via? and what docs reqd
