Hi guys

I came in this country 2006 with no visa got married religiously with British citizen then I apply for marriage in 2008 got accepted and got married I have 1 daughter 3 years and 4 months and she go school and I have son 1 year 4 months I applied 2 times flrm they refused last time I applied in 2010 my wife is pregnant and she dunt have any talking term to her family I am the only one for her and my kids she works as well kids ate attach more then everything with me now I am thinking to apply again I wanted to know wot kind of application I apply or is there any chance or they gona refuse me again pls guy advice me I will be great full to u thanks and I am from Pakistan plz reply me thanks

why not look to type out your request in a format that is easier to read. One long sentence is not clear.
may be good to share some of the following:
where you are now - looks like you are in the UK but not clear.
What is your current status - no visa or marriage visa looks like you were married whilst there illegally but not clear
are the children you and your wife's
looks like you have applied for FLR and this has been refused
pennyless

FLR(M) had little chance of success as you had no legal leave to extend.
Have you had legal advice on this?

Yes I am in uk I am married registered marriage yes they are my children with my British wife I had no visa that time even now as well thanks

Yes I did apply 2 time through solicitor now I heard through diff solicitor that home office giving visas if children involves
