How to apply for HSMP from scratch

Hi All,

I am new to HSMP and i would like to apply for HSMP but i dont have any idea how to apply for it and what are the steps to be followed subsequently.
I have been to site www.hsmp.uk.com and i got 95 points from HSMP calculator. So what should i do next.
Is it really required to hire a consultant?

Please tell the steps from begining.
