Help needed in completing the form AN

Post by 23062006 » Mon Feb 06, 2012 3:31 pm

Myself and my husband are self employed (IT consultants) and operate through our own limited company and our accounts were audited through our auditors.

I am having a doubt in completing the form AN. In Section 3 of application & 3.2 it says

Are you an employee; a business partner; self employed; director

In my scenario what is the option i should select?

3.5 Address of tax office or tax office reference.

Thanks for all your help in advance.

You are not self employed if you work of a limited company! The fact you own all/most the shares in that company does not impact your employment status

You are either an employee or a Director, depending on if you are a Director or not in the companies particulars.

Tax office and reference will be on your documents, if your not sure you accountant will advise
