PBS tier1-What to answer in section 6-Employment and finance

Hi I have following questions, pls help to answer.
1) form type to choose from http://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/ApplyNow.asp

I am fill-in online application, I select type of visa Work-> tier 1 general-> tier 1 general (partner). Is it the right form that I choose?

2) if above form is correct, in section 6-Employment and finance e.g current position, company name, monthly income ,work address, company info etc., , this question should update sponsor employment info(tier1migrant) or dependent info (I am working)? I just want to make sure that I fill-in correctly. This is different from PBS guidance of VAF10 form. The question in the form is different from the online application.

1) FORM IS CORRECT.

2) Section 6 is for dependant
