Passport stolen - how to show days of absence?

My bag was snatched a few weeks back and with that went my passport. Just got a new passport and duplicate of my Tier 1 visa done. Now have my ILR appointment at Croydon in a few days.

Can anyone pls guide me - without my old passport, which had all the entry and exit stamps for my travels in and out of UK over the last 5 yrs - how can I show proof of my days of absence?

I know that exact dates - but is there some means of obtaining my travel records from UKBA?

I mostly use the IRIS at Heathrow and sometimes have used landing cards.

Any advice would be most appreciated.
