Switching from Tier-1 (General) to Tier-1 (Dependent)

Post by srinuuuuu » Thu Feb 09, 2012 3:29 pm

Hi,
I understand that this is a weird case, but here it is...

My friend was on Tier-1 General Visa which has validity until March 28th 2012.
She was issued on 29th March 2009. In 2010 she went to India and started working there. She got married in November 2011 to a Guy with Tier-1 General Visa.
She came with along with him with her own tier-1 general visa.

Now Can she apply for Tier-1 General Dependent Visa in UK?

Even her spouse's visa is ready for Tier-1 general (extension). So can she apply along with him as Tier-1 General (dependent)

Please answer this query...
Thank you
Sri
