Tier 1 entrepreneur Funds duration n multiple queries

Actually I am applying tier 1 entrepreneur visa with my friend who is in Pakistan and I am in UK right now on student visa.

Q1: How can I apply when my second partner/friend as part of entrepreneurial team is in Pakistan? Will his passport be sent with application in UK?

Q2: Application fees of £1000 include my second partner’s fee as well?

Q3: Half funds around £100,000 are shown in my parents account and remaining £100,000 are shown in my Partner parent’s account.
Is that OK if I make one legal Joint affidavit of support from all 4-5 Sponsors and attached all statements together?

Q4. How long £200,000 should be maintained in accounts.
Q5. Is that ok if i show my maintenance fund in my own Pakistani bank account.

Q6.Also if anyone could tell me about what to write in business plan/ Is that necessary?
we want to start furniture business in UK which we are already doing in Pakistan at large scale.

Ans1: You can still apply from Pakistan even if other team member is in UK. You both need to provide details of each other in your application forms.

Ans2: Each member will pay their own fees. This fees is only for 1 main applicant.

Ans3: Any parties can sponsor as long as they mention names for both of you in all letters.

Ans4: UKBA has not mentioned the duration of £200,000 in the account. But using common sense, these funds must be available all the time. As they assume you gonna invest these funds in UK.

Ans5: There is no problem showing maintenance funds in your Pakistani bank account. But you must be careful of the format of bank letter or statements required.

Ans6: Business plan is not required at all.

RE: Q1) I assume then, that one form will be filled and both team member's passports will be provided with one application?

RE: Ans4) If in some accounts funds are transfered 2 months before submitting application, then? Is that duration is enough to satisfy funds are for investment purposes?
