Stay in UK on the basis of Children

Post by gaz1a » Mon Feb 13, 2012 6:32 pm

Hello there,

If anyone can advise is there a Human rights for the right to Stay in UK with children for more than 5 years.
I am on a Student Visa from FEB'06 in UK and my children are with me since NOV'06.
Is there any specific time frame i.e. 5 or 7 years which needs to be completed to apply for a stay in UK on the basis on children through Human Rights ?

Appreciate if someone can guide on this.

As you were advised in the post http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewto ... ht=#592358
You will have to apply under 10 year rule when you qualify.
