2nd Tier 1 Extension

Hi All,

Need a bit of help.

I am tier 1 (General) Visa holder and entered the scheme in 2008. Unfortunately I applied early for my first extension and now I am short of 45-50 days to complete 5 years.
Considering that the prices are going up in April, I am planning to apply for a second extension in the end of March.
During my first extension, I went through all that biometrics etc, do I need to go through that again?.....

I doubt there is anyway of saving my£1500 pounds for just 45 days but if anyone has any advise please do share.
