Elderly dependent relative visa

Post by jinkazama_11 » Thu Feb 16, 2012 1:51 pm

I recently got my ILR and would like to sponsor my mom for elderly dependent relative visa.

I am not claiming any benefits at the moment but can claim child benefit for my kids and a little bit of child tax credit. Is this going to affect my mom's ILE application.

Thanks
