Yes1. Is it ok if I show 10 month period income as pervious earnings or should I submit all my 12 months bank statements.. though there was no dividend taken for those spare two months in April and May of 2011?
The main consideration is that the documents provided are proof of what you claim as earnings and that they match up to the bank statements you are sending in.2. My accountant mentioned that he will give me one payslip for the complete year(making his life easy) which I am going to recieve this month and make payments accordingly, can I show only 1 salary slip and 10 dividend vouchers.. is that acceptable..?
The main consideration here is that you are paying the correct amount of tax/NI so that you are complying with the tax rules/regulations. If you are not liable for income tax/NI on your salary level and not paying it then there shouldn't be an issue. The only issue is if you should be paying tax/NI on your salary level but aren't.3. My Accountant did not mention any thing about paying NI.. I am not sure if I have paid NI, I remember accountant saying that I do not fall under the eligibility criteria to pay NI because I take more dividends (Pay tax) and less salary(No Tax No NI).. Please advise if this going to be an issue..
If this is an issue - would it be fine If I approach my accountant and ask to increase salary component to Pay NI..?
