IELTS requirement for dependents

Hi,

I came here as student in 2008 and since that time my wife came and living with me as my dependent.

Later on in 2010, I got PSW and she remained my dependent on PBS.

Now I am applying for Tier-1 Entrepreneur from inside UK and she will be applying (along with my little daughter, who also has PBS dependent visa since I am on PSW) as dependent of mine from inside UK at the same time.

Just wanted to know and confirm:

Is there any IELTS (Academic / General Training) requirement for my wife?
If yes then which one and what minimum band required?

And do I have to pay full dependent fee for my daughter as well although she is below 18 age?

There is not any English Language requirement for Tier 1 Ent. Visa

Only main applicant needs to meet english language requirement at this stage. But when you will apply for ILR after 5 years then she must have passed Life in UK Test or equivalent.
