Hi I just wanted to check that I got my HSMP/tier1 General extension. On the extension I submitted Limited comany accounts, dividend vouchers and bank statememnts showing the money being transferred to the account.
3 years later I have since closed the company and have registered as sole trader. I have payed my taxes, have bank statements and all. Now my question is would Home office object to my closing the company and submitting sole traders accounts etc.
Someone said to me that they (Home office) may object that they extended the visa on the basis of limited company and now you can not say that I am a sole trader. I am loosing my sleep and dont know what to do now?
