Limited company director as sponspor for spouse visa

Post by destiniation_london » Tue Feb 21, 2012 6:25 pm

I'm a limited company director, and wishing to apply for spouse and child settlement visa for my wife and child in India.

As a norm with contractors, I'm withdrawing minimum salary with rest as dividends.

Would it be ok if I show Dividend vouchers, bank statments, payslips for my ability to sponsor my wife and child.

How much funds should be available in my account to be on the safer side.

Hi

I am also a company director and take minimum salary with monthly dividends to show up in my account. I have applied for a Spouse visa at the start of this month with this evidence showing monthly salary and dividend going into my account with payslips and dividend vouchers. I also included a letter from my accountant confirming all this and stating that I am the director of the company.

To make sure that the officers arefully satisfied I have also added my annual accounts copy for the period of 2010 and 2011 to show that the company is profitable.

Hope this helps.

Mar 2012 - Documents collected - VISA Granted

are payslips really necessary, as you print them out yourself anyway don't you? wouldnt this be considered dodgy?

surely business bank statements and letter from accountant is enough?
