I changed my name

hi all,
i changed my name by deep poll but i can't change my passport, i will apply soon to extend my visa
so what will happen?
every thing in UK now with my new name except the passport coz its not allowed in my country to change name (i hate my old name to be honest)

tell me what every one think what may happen, good thing or bad thing or normal thing while processing the extension of the visa
