Process for Naturalisation

Hi Friends,

Me and My daughter (born outside UK, 6YEAR old) got ILR Couple of months back.
Next step in ladder is to apply for mine and her british passport.
I have got following two query's:

1. What is the process of naturalisation?
2. Is there seperate process for kids naturalisation?
